We are currently delivering over 350 vehicles per month and have more customers than our current team can support. Our customer base spans all 50 states, with a large portion of our sales conducted remotely and vehicles shipped nationwide.

Responsibilities- Meet or exceed dealership sales goals and performance targets
- Complete all sales paperwork accurately and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
- Utilize dealership CRM and sales follow-up systems effectively
- Participate in required product knowledge and sales training sessions
- Attend all sales meetings as scheduled
- Conduct business in a professional, ethical, and enthusiastic manner
- Greet customers promptly in the showroom or on the lot and provide assistance as needed
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and offer test drives following dealership procedures, including proper customer identification verification
- Clearly present vehicle features, benefits, and available optional equipment
Maintain consistent follow-up with all prospects and customers to build relationships and close sales - Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance results
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to close sales and meet performance goals
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
