i3 Verticals, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Call Center Associate to support defendants' payment options and maintain accurate records in the GHS system. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, assist with mail duties, and back up the Call Center Supervisor and Operations Manager as needed.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma, basic computer and keyboarding skills, and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues. Bilingual is a plus but not required. Equal Opportunity Employer.
