Registered Dental Assistant

As a Dental Assistant, you will support the dentist and clinical team in providing exceptional pediatric dental care while helping children and families feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental experience.

• Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with applicable state regulations
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance
• Help create a calm, positive, and welcoming experience for pediatric patients
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in accordance with applicable state requirements
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and safety protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient-focused approach to working with children and families
