Job Details

We are seeking a licensed Texas Pharmacist to join our institutional pharmacy team. This role focuses on safe and accurate medication dispensing for long-term care and assisted living facilities while supporting clinical compliance and facility relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance
• Dispense medications in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Provide drug information and consultation to facility staff
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and internal teams
• Maintain documentation and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Pharm
  
  D or equivalent degree
• Active Texas Pharmacist License (RPh)
• Strong attention to detail and regulatory knowledge
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
