At Chad's Media, we're looking for an experienced, creative Web Designer & Developer who loves building beautiful, functional websites and enjoys collaborating with a talented team. If you're someone who keeps up with modern design trends, has an eye for detail, and enjoys solving creative challenges for a diverse range of clients, we'd love to meet you.

You’ll work alongside one of the most talented creative teams in Texas, helping businesses across numerous industries establish and strengthen their online presence through strategic, high-quality website design and development.

• Design and build responsive, user-friendly websites from concept to launch.
• Develop and maintain websites using Word Press and Shopify.
• Continuously improve and enhance existing client websites.
• Manage ongoing website updates for monthly website management clients.
• Optimize websites for user experience, speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO.
• Implement SEO best practices during both website builds and ongoing maintenance.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console, making recommendations for improvements.
• Design graphics and web assets using Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Collaborate closely with our creative team on branding, photography, videography, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Work with a diverse client base including healthcare, retail, professional services, real estate, nonprofit organizations, and many more.

• Professional experience designing and building websites.
• Proficiency with Word Press and Shopify CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and user experience (UX) principles.
• Experience implementing SEO best practices.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with website performance optimization and conversion-focused design.

• Competitive salary: $40,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience.
