Yard Maintenance Specialist

Location:

Farm Country – Sulphur Springs, TX

Reports to:

All Management

• Overall responsibility is to keep the grounds maintained, machinery and other equipment detailed, and assist in the maintenance and janitorial duties of the facility.
• Load and unload trucks (deliveries of new equipment and palletized items, store transfers, dealer transfers.)
• Dump scrap metal and trashcans
• Keep tires aired up on equipment on the line and sales lot.
• Maintenance of oil dump stations.
• Occasional maintenance of company-owned equipment.
• Assist technicians when requested by the service department.
• General yard maintenance:
  Spraying weeds, mowing, weed trimming, and picking up trash.
• Washing and detailing equipment as needed at the wash bay.
• Janitorial duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work as a team member.
