Join Our Team as a Changeover Technician!
Do you enjoy hands-on work, working with machinery, and being part of a fast-paced production environment? We're looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Changeover Technicians!
In this role, you'll help keep production running efficiently by preparing equipment for the next product run while maintaining quality and safety standards.
What You'll Do:- Transition machines and production lines from one product to another
- Assemble and disassemble production equipment
- Clean machinery, equipment, and parts during changeovers
- Adjust machine settings for new production runs
- Replace seals and perform bulk replenishments
- Assist with changeovers throughout the facility as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by RPM Staffing
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using hand tools and working around production equipment
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work hours may vary based on production needs and may include overtime and occasional weekend work.
