Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and any concerns or issues

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
