Christus Health - - Responsibilities:
Maintain visibility as a deterrent to criminal activity and provide security for patients, associates, and visitors;
Respond to emergency codes and disaster events as needed;
Conduct preliminary investigations of reported incidents;
Patrol hospital buildings, grounds, and assets as assigned;
Enforce CHRISTUS Health policies and state laws at the facilities;
Assist with escorting and de-escalation as needed;
Operate security equipment including CCTV, paging, radios, and access control systems;
Prepare and submit accurate security reports and incident documentation;
Maintain professional conduct and safety during security rounds;
Rotates between facilities and adheres to uniform/dress code requirements
