Logistics and Deployment Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing the loading, shipment, and delivery of products from the EG4 Manufacturing Warehouse to customers and distribution locations. The role requires managing transportation operations, coordinating delivery schedules, supervising drivers, and ensuring products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and operations teams to optimize shipping efficiency, maintain compliance with transportation regulations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.

Loading all completed outbound units for secondary deployments

• Verify all completed units are inspected, documented, and approved for shipment prior to loading.
• Coordinate loading schedules with warehouse and production teams to meet deployment deadlines.
• Ensurethatall products are properly secured, labeled, and loadedin accordance with transportation and safety requirements.
• Maintainaccurateshipment records, bills oflading, and deployment documentation.

• Manage drivers and delivery schedules to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with customers and installation teams to schedule deliveries and deployment activities.
• Oversee unloading and placement of products at customer locations while ensuring compliance with safety and site requirements.
• Resolve delivery issues, shortages,damage, or customer concerns and providetimelycommunicationtoall stakeholders.

• Coordinate the movement of finished goods, equipment, and materials between EG4 facilities and commissioning yards.
• Developandmaintaintransportation schedules to support commissioning and operational readiness requirements.
• Monitor vehicleutilization, route efficiency, and delivery performance to minimize delays and transportation costs.
• Ensure all transfers comply with company policies, DOT regulations, and inventory control procedures.

• Oversee fleet maintenance schedules, vehicle inspections, and repair activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Monitor transportation costs, fuel consumption, andlogisticsperformance metrics.
• Coordinate with third-party carriers and service providers whenadditionaltransportation capacity is required.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance, safety, and operational efficiency.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate's or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in transportation,logistics, warehouse operations, shipping, or delivery management.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Experience hauling and transporting products, equipment, or materials using trucks and trailers.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, transportation compliance requirements, vehicle inspections, and driver safety standards.
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer homes to coordinate and oversee product deliveries.

• This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, lifting 50+ lbs., bending, stooping, computer work, working with live electricity, climbing on roofs, navigating heights, and other physical activities. The position may also require employees tooperatea company vehicle as part of their job duties.
