Material Handler / Order Picker

We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler / Order Picker to support our warehouse and production teams by ensuring materials are delivered accurately and efficiently throughout the facility.

• Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials, parts, and finished products throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Deliver materials to designated departments in a timely manner to support production.
• Pick, sort, and stage materials according to work orders while ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure materials are stored in the correct warehouse locations and maintain accurate inventory organization.
• Load and unload materials from the floor, racks, and parts trains.
• Perform daily pre-operational inspections and safety checks on forklifts and report any issues immediately.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with monthly physical inventory counts.
• Verify material quantities and maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Keep assigned warehouse areas, weld lines, and material storage locations clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory.
• Ability to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods.
