Job Duties
  • Oversee daily field time entry and authorization in Dayforce; review and approve daily D365 transactions.
  • Manage accurate, timely weekly invoicing in D365, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and portal workflows (Track, Ariba, SAP, etc.).
  • Interpret commercial contracts to support correct billing; collaborate with Regional/Area Managers and PMO to maintain commercial data.
  • Prepare and deliver service project quotes; create service projects in D365 from awarded opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance/PMO to resolve invoicing discrepancies and set up new projects (dates, pricing, configuration).
  • Coordinate project scheduling with regional teams and maintain active MPA-level project updates.
  • Complete daily and weekly job cost reviews.
  • Send invoices with backup documentation; monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers.
  • Support payroll, expenses, purchase orders, and AP entry.
  • Assist monthly finance activities; track unsigned DWAs with PMO.
  • Manage Certificates of Insurance; perform other duties as assigned.
  • Complete I‑9s, process new hires through E‑Verify, and maintain Random Drug Testing program compliance.
To be successful you must have
  • Experience with Client Entry Systems such as TRACK, ARIBA, SAP considered an asset
  • Three to five years of high-level administrative experience
  • Accounting knowledge and experience using accounting systems
  • Experience with D365 (considered an asset)
  • Experience working with Safety Councils and DISA (considered an asset)
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
