The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial performance, business operations, and sales/marketing initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong foundation in business and finance paired with exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers, partners, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate combines analytical strength with charisma a true professional who can confidently analyze KPIs, lead budgeting efforts, and also represent the company with credibility and a persuasive “gift of gab.”
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance dashboards.
- Analyze margins, operating KPIs, and business trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Develop financial models and support long-range planning and business case development.
- Recommend cost-savings, pricing strategies, and initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Represent the Company in customer meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Partner with the sales team on strategies, proposals, pricing packages, and customer outreach.
- Support branding, marketing campaigns, and development of communication materials.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand company presence and strengthen competitive position.
- Work closely with operations, finance, HR, and leadership to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Improve internal processes, reporting accuracy, workflow efficiency, and departmental coordination.
- Support key projects, quarterly reviews, and business development activities.
- Foster collaboration across teams to enhance organizational performance and consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3–7+ years of experience in business management, financial analysis, sales, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret financial data and business metrics.
- Persuasive communicator with natural charisma and excellent presentation skills.
- Relationship-builder who engages well with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented leader who collaborates effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
- Comfortable working with financial models, KPI dashboards, and business reporting tools.
