Civil/Structural Designer

The Civil/Structural Designer supports the design and development of civil and structural projects, including pipe racks, equipment foundations, roads, buildings, and utilities. This role works closely with engineers and project teams to develop accurate and efficient design solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop civil and structural designs using 3D CAD software (Advanced Steel, AutoCAD).
• Create and review drawings, calculations, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and gather field data for design development.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and construction teams.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Assist with project proposals, estimates, and design improvements.
• Support construction activities by resolving design-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Design, Structural Design, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• 5+ years of civil/structural design experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Advanced Steel, AutoCAD, and related design software.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Physical requirements include:

• Ability to work in an industrial environment and wear required PPE.
