ReCon Management Services in Sulphur, LA seeks an experienced Discipline Design Lead for complex industrial projects. Responsible for mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, civil or structural design packages and for coordinating with client and engineering counterparts.
You will oversee discipline design teams, lead layout and 3D model reviews, and ensure drawings meet scope, codes, and schedule. Requires strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, CADWorx) and a senior background.
