This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role based in Sulphur, LA. The Sales Associate will handle daily customer interactions, including assisting customers in identifying the most suitable tools and equipment for their needs while providing excellent service. They will manage sales transactions, maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensure accurate inventory handling, and proactively contribute to sales targets. Additionally, the role involves fostering customer relationships to drive repeat business and gather feedback.

• Sales and customer service skills, including relationship building, communication, and active listening
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in contracting, electrical, rigging, construction, or welding industries
• Inventory management and organization skills
• Strong analytical abilities for problem-solving and identifying customer needs
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and point-of-sale software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or related fields are a plus
• Previous experience in a sales role or in the tools and equipment industry is preferred
