What you will enjoy doing:

• Plan and perform major equipment installation, maintenance, overhauls, and inspections of industrial mechanical and rotating systems and equipment, including compressors, pumps, turbines, motors, gearboxes, heat exchangers, and cooling towers
• Support and maintain water treatment systems, gas-fired vaporizers, H2 generators, piping systems, and other related process equipment
• Assist in turnaround planning and cost estimation for mechanical work and identify and resolve chronic mechanical asset concerns
• Conduct periodic inspection and maintenance of plant equipment and support the root cause analysis program for major failures
• Maintain documentation of all maintenance activities in EAM and uphold the Oil & Vibrations Predictive Program
• Work independently, making technical decisions and escalating technical concerns as needed
• Perform office work and field work, requiring accessibility during off-hours and the ability to access elevated equipment using ladders, scaffolding, man-lifts, and crane baskets

What makes you great:

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the maintenance of mechanical and rotating systems and equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in installation, troubleshooting, inspection, and repairs of compressors, turbines, blowers, and heat exchangers
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance for industrial mechanical and rotating systems and equipment
• Ability to use precision measuring devices and perform precision alignment on multi-train equipment
• Excellent communication and team interaction skills, with the ability to work independently and lead or participate in teams
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills, experience with computers and standard software packages, and proficiency in using a computerized maintenance management system
• Proficiency in understanding of regulatory and industrial standards and codes, completion of a machinist/millwright apprenticeship program is a plus
• Hands-on experience in vibration analysis and dynamic balancing, familiarity with EAM CMMS system
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to fifty pounds, and working at heights
• Available to work extended hours when business needs arise
• Flexibility to support weekend, holiday, and call-in coverage
