The Welder Fabricator is responsible for assembling, welding, and fabricating metal components and structures according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques, metal fabrication, and blueprint reading. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and adherence to safety standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders, to join metal parts.
• Cut, shape, and fabricate metal components using tools such as shears, cutters, and grinders.
• Perform quality checks on welded joints and fabricated parts to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute fabrication projects.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to welding and fabrication processes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Assist in the development and improvement of fabrication processes and techniques.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding or metal fabrication preferred.
• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick).
• Strong understanding of metal properties, welding symbols, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices related to welding and fabrication.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions.

• The role involves working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and fumes.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and working in awkward positions.
• Occasional overtime and weekend work may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
