Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor annual delinquency targets on accounts

• Handle returned payments and document client communications

• Maximize recovery through effective client negotiations

• Assess and respond to account inquiries efficiently

• Facilitate escalated issues for resolution

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience

• Completion of a post-secondary education

• Strong understanding of compliance and banking products

• Excellent communication skills required
