Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or 3 years relevant and progressive accounting experience in debits and credits
- Above average proficiency din Microsoft Office, especially Excel and accounting software
- Proficient in Epic and particularly revenue cycle functions and reporting.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership and responsibility as a highly motivated self-starter
- Leadership skills with the ability to influence others and promote change
- Desire to continuously look for improvement opportunities (efficiency, automation)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor and good communication skills with the ability to work well with others
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills (record keeping, time management, follow up, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be analytical and a strategic thinker.
- Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency, ability to prioritize with an emphasis on quality and accuracy of work.
