Role DescriptionThis is an on‑site, part‑time role located in Summerville, SC, for a Client Services Representative in the Annuity Division. The responsibilities include interacting with clients to provide outstanding service, addressing inquiries, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role also entails supporting the annuity team by assisting with administrative tasks, financial document preparation, and processing, as well as coordinating with various team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications- Experience in Client Services, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to articulate and listen effectively
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Finance, particularly as it relates to annuity and retirement planning
- Proficiency in organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in an on‑site, dynamic team environment
- Prior experience in the financial services industry, especially in annuity work, is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance or business is an advantage
