• High School diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience as a Bank Teller CSR, or similar role;preferably within the past 5 years
• Full time availability

• A demonstrated aptitude for critical thinking, effective time management, and rapid adaptability
• a high degree of integrity and conscientious handlingofconfidential customer information
• Ability to independently and reliably follow policies, procedures,and regulations
• Ability to identify potential fraud and take appropriate action toprevent loss
• A proven aptitude for effective and respectful communication with customers, colleagues, and superiors
• Willingness to "wear multiple hats" and genuinely participate in a supportive and collaborative team spirit

• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while providing excellent customer service
• Preserve the bank’s community spirit by actively engaging with all customers
• Introduce and sell bank products
• Proactively inform customers of additional products and self-service options (as appropriate), to enhance the customer experience and meettheir financial needs
• Maintain a cash drawer, including cash handling and balancing
• Assist with other administrative/operational tasks, as requested bythe Branch Manager
• Willingness to genuinely participate in a collaborative and supportive work environment
