We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Office Manager to lead daily operations in our growing pediatric speech and occupational therapy practice. This is a leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about supporting both staff and families.

• Oversee day-to-day office operations/ meetings with clinical directors
• Supervise and support a team of 5–7+ staff members
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and front office procedures
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and administrative processes
• Maintain compliance with healthcare policies and standards
• Support a positive, team-oriented work culture
• Assist with billing, insurance coordination, and reporting as needed

• Proven experience managing 5–7 or more employees
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a busy setting
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Medical office management experience preferred (therapy or pediatric setting a plus)
