This position is inour Summerville, SC office which is 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.

• Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Cloud Services, Microsoft Office,and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of networking hardware, servers, firewalls, IPS/IDS, Cisco, and Watch Guard solutions.
• Strongproblemsolvingskills and ability to work with limited supervision.
• U.S. citizenship and valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Required onsite.

• MonitorIT operations, systems, and network performance to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Install,maintain, and upgrade routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other network devices.
• Support software,server administration, PC maintenance, printers, copiers, video conferencing systems, and general hardware.
• Maintainaccuratedocumentation of systems, configurations, accounts, inventory, and network diagrams.
• Assist with design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the CEMS network environment.

• Provide technical support for office computers, printers,and mobile equipment.
• Support software installations, updates, and user onboardingandoffboarding.
• Document common issues and resolutions to improve team knowledge and future efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors for complex troubleshooting needs.
