Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an on-site Help Desk Analyst 1 in Greenville, SC. You will provide user support, troubleshoot tickets, and help maintain IT services across local and remote clinics.
Candidates should have six months of customer service experience, familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and EMR systems, and CompTIA A+ is desirable. Fresh service experience is a plus, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-site role in downtown Greenville.
