CAPEX Procurement Manager

Compensation: $130,000-$145,000 Base + Bonus

We are partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing organization seeking a Purchasing Manager, Capital Projects to support a large-scale industrial operation. This is a highly visible individual contributor role with significant exposure to senior leadership and direct ownership of capital procurement initiatives.

The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for sourcing and managing approximately $50M in annual capital project spend
, supporting equipment, construction, and site expansion activities.

• Lead sourcing and procurement activities for capital equipment, construction, and facility-related projects
• Manage supplier selection, negotiations, contract execution, and ongoing vendor performance
• Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Project Management teams
• Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and project delivery objectives
• Support site growth initiatives and major capital investment projects
• Develop sourcing strategies that ensure project timelines and financial targets are achieved

• 4-6+ years of procurement, sourcing, or purchasing experience focused on CAPEX spend
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, building materials, chemicals, mining, heavy industry, or related environments
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple capital projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
