As an Order Management Specialist, you will support fulfillment operations at our Summerville, SC facility. This role owns the full order lifecycle across multiple platforms — including Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central), Walmart, Wayfair, Shopify, and emerging retail partners — and serves as a key liaison between our warehouse network, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and accounting team.

• Order Lifecycle Management:Manage end-to-end order execution within ERP systems, ensuring SKU accuracy, shipping documentation, and invoicing integrity.
• Marketplace & Vendor Compliance:Oversee Amazon Purchase Orders, routing requests, and ASN (EDI 856) submissions; proactively resolve EDI-related errors and chargebacks.
• Warehouse & 3PL Coordination:Coordinate fulfillment across multiple warehouses and 3PL partners, including Tracy, Summerville, and external facilities.
• Freight & Shipping Operations:Manage Bill of Lading (BOL) creation, PO tracking, and coordination of parcel and LTL shipments.
• Financial Reconciliation:Partner with Accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies and manage chargeback disputes through data analysis.
• Returns & Inventory Control:Oversee returns processing, including inspection, documentation, restocking, or disposition per company policy.
• Process Improvement:Optimize workflows to maintain high on-time delivery rates and reduce operational losses.

운송 및 배송 운영:BOL(선하증권) 작성, PO 추적, 소포 및 LTL 배송 조율 관리

재무 대사:회계팀과 협업하여 인보이스 불일치 해결 및 데이터 분석을 통한 차지백 분쟁 관리

반품 및 재고 관리:검수, 서류 작업, 재입고 또는 처리 등 반품 프로세스 전반 관리 (회사 정책에 따름)

• 프로세스 개선:정시 배송률 유지 및 운영 손실 최소화를 위한 업무 프로세스 최적화

• Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
• Experience with ERP or order management systems preferred
• Familiarity with major e-commerce/marketplace platforms (Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart, Wayfair, Shopify) a plus
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data (invoices, chargebacks, EDI documents)
