Claiborne Senior Living – The Claiborne at Brickyard Crossing

Lead and manage all aspects of maintenance, repair, housekeeping, and safety operations within our senior living community. Ensure the physical environment is safe, well‑maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with all applicable regulations.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years experience managing maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
• 2+ years experience supervising and leading maintenance and/or housekeeping teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety, senior housing regulations, building codes, and OSHA standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient with computer applications (e.g., email, maintenance management software, etc.).
