The Intralogistics Solutions Senior Manager will lead the integration and strategic growth of KION North America's digital telematics, hazard avoidance, location tracking, semi-autonomous vehicles, and fleet services offerings. This role will unify the Advanced Applications and Fleet Services teams into a high-performing unit capable of delivering a full suite of intralogistics solutions to customers and dealers. The manager will drive adoption of fleet services software across the dealer network, support sales goals for telematics solutions, and collaborate closely with the Director of Digital Business Solutions, the Key Account team, and the Field Sales team.

*** Define and manage KPIs for solution adoption, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.

*** 7+ years of experience in material handling, fleet management, or telematics solutions.
* Experience in a sales leadership role.
* Experience in full sales cycle mobile automation desired.
* Proven leadership experience in cross-functional and customer-facing roles.
* Strong understanding of dealer service operations and fleet maintenance processes.
* Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Salesforce, and fleet/telematics platforms.
* Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Access, Power BI) preferred.
* Comfortable working with global teams and diverse stakeholders.
