Job Description

  • The Project Manager – Service is responsible for leading multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • This role will oversee construction-related field projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong construction project management experience and the ability to manage field operations efficiently.
Pay Range

$46hr - $50hr

Requirements / Must Have
  • Prior construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheets.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to track invoices, manage budgets, and monitor project financials.
Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects from inception to completion.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, milestones, and performance goals.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and track progress against established goals.
  • Identify, monitor, and resolve project issues and risks.
  • Monitor and communicate project status to team members and stakeholders.
  • Plan and monitor project budgets; conduct research and analysis to support project execution.
  • Utilize quality tools to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain project documentation including notes, databases, and records.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assign appropriate resources and provide coaching and developmental feedback to team members.
  • Track invoices and ensure proper financial alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Experience managing field-based construction projects.
  • Experience working near the Charleston, Client area is a plus.
