About the Job:

One of the Low country's most beloved family-owned job shops in Summerville, South Carolina, is looking for a talented CNC Lathe Machinist to join them, via direct hire. This position is M-F with overtime potential, PTO, and 100% employee-covered BCBS health insurance. Starting pay is based on experience and ability to program a CNC Lathe using G Code and hit the ground running!!

$35-$40 hourly, with OT

They are looking for a CNC Lathe Machinist who can:

• Program CNC equipment by G CODE and Mastercam
• Read and interpret blueprints to take parts ordered from a variety of customers through full production.
• Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
• Utilize Precision Tools machinery and equipment such as a lathe, a milling machine, a hydraulic press, saws, and a broacher.
• Fabricates and shapes parts such as tools and machine parts out of metal, plastics, and composites.
• Uses a computer to navigate the ERP system software.
