Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) Needed in South Carolina Low Country

Full and part‑time opportunities.

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
• Assure that appropriate nursing care is being provided.
• Assist with medications and treatments as needed and other patient care duties as assigned.

• Graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of South Carolina.
• Maintain a current, unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina.
• Experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in skilled and long‑term care settings is preferred.
