Pest Control Technician – Full-Time
Location: Summerville, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience & licensing)
Benefits: Guaranteed 40 hours/week after 90 days, PTO, paid holidays, performance-based bonuses

Position Overview


We’re seeking a Full-Time Pest Control Technician to join our Summerville team. This role involves applying pest control treatments, providing excellent customer service, and being a reliable part of our field operations.



Key Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively apply exterior pest control treatments
• Maintain and operate pest control equipment
• Identify pest issues and recommend appropriate services
• Communicate with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support company goals

Qualifications


Required:

• Valid pest control license (or ability to obtain one quickly)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  
  • Applicants with a South Carolina driver’s license are preferred to bring their driving record.
  
  • Applicants with an out-of-state license must provide their driving record at the time of the scheduled interview.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Self-motivated and dependable, with a team-focused attitude

Preferred:

• Previous pest control or lawn care experience
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment use and maintenance
• Customer service experience
