We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Rep to help grow our expanding business. This role is ideal for someone who values consultative selling and professional growth within a supportive environment.

  • First-year earnings of $60,000 to $80,000
  • Mon - Fri schedule with evenings and weekends off

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through needs-based consultations and ongoing service
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and marketing efforts
  • Analyze client risk exposures and design tailored insurance solutions
  • Coordinate with carriers and brokers to negotiate coverage terms and pricing
  • Manage renewals by reviewing coverage annually and remarketing when appropriate
  • Build and manage a profitable book of business focused on retention and long-term value
Requirements
  • Prior insurance sales or related experience a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to explain complex coverage concepts clearly and confidently
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing with agency support
