What You'll DoThis is a consultative style appointment setting position.
- Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)
- Handle inbound inquiries
- Ask discovery questions and build rapport
- Educate prospects on services
- Book same-day or next-day consultations
- Overcome objections confidently and professionally
- Maintain strong show rates
- Primary Goal:
Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert
- Outbound call center experience preferred
- Comfortable in high-volume dialing
- Strong communication skills
- Persuasive but professional
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Evening (until 9 pm) & weekend availability required
- Bilingual a plus!
- $20/hr base
- Bonus for every consultation that arrives
- Performance-based earning potential
