We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Direct Store Delivery & On-Premises team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, conducting business cold-calling and developing the LeBleu brand.
Responsibilities- Prospect for new business leads within the DSD and On-Premises market
- Utilize professional follow‑up techniques
- Canvas daily within an assigned territory
- Report all daily activities, prospect touch points and results
- Communicate with prospects about the LeBleu difference
- Maintain a database of prospective clients interested in LeBleu’s services
- Target total compensation $75,000+
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions
- Monthly car allowance
- Full benefits package, including company matching 401(k)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competitive nature and a strong desire to win
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills with ability to learn new software quickly
- Professional, reliable, responsive, and punctual
- Valid driver’s license and daily access to a reliable private vehicle (monthly car allowance provided)
- Excellent work ethic and outgoing personality
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior B2B selling experience required
- Experience in beverage sales required
