ES Family Success Coach Team Leader

Job Duties:

• ES Family Success Coach Team Leader is responsible for the direct supervision of a team of TANF Family Success Coaches (Case Managers).
• Provides supervision, coaching, mentoring and performance management for assigned Family Success Coaches. Routinely travels among assigned areas to conduct unannounced field visits and direct observations of subordinate Family Success Coaches.
• Coordinates the needs of Family Success Coaches with other managers related to onboarding/offboarding, distributing material or equipment, and information. Completes required documentation, reports, correspondence, and administrative task accurately and within established timelines.
• Ensures subordinate Family Success Coaches adhere to established written policies and procedures. Conducts case reviews to ensure compliance with program policies, state/federal regulations, and agency expectations.
• Identifies training needs, conduct's correction action planning, and supports professional development of all Family Success Coaches. Coordinates the needs of Family Success Coaches with other manager related to training, policy or procedural changes, and compliance.
• Understands and exercises data security and confidentiality in the transfer, disclosure, and management of all client and employee personal information.
• Performs Red Cross Shelter duty or other emergency welfare services duties as directed.
• Performs other related duties as required an/or directed.

A Bachelor's Degree and professional experience in human services or social services programs.

A Master's Degree or higher may be substituted for required work experience.

Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to and be able to operate a motor vehicle. Individuals must comply with necessary field work assignments.
