- Provide technical and organizational leadership for LPL Financial's advisor digital platform
- Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for advisor-facing applications, cloud-based platforms, enterprise integrations, and digital experiences
- Establishing priorities, align roadmaps, and deliver strategic initiatives
- Provide leadership for the design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures
- Promote software engineering best practices, including Dev Sec Ops , continuous delivery, automation, and operational excellence
- Build strong partnerships across Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Business organizations
- Lead the delivery of advisor-facing digital capabilities and enterprise platform enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, software development, or enterprise technology delivery
- 10+ years of experience leading engineering teams, technology organizations, or large-scale technology initiatives
- 10+ years of experience within financial services, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or another regulated industry
- Experience designing and implementing cloud-based, distributed, and enterprise-scale technology solutions
Demonstrates expertise in leading engineering teams and delivering cloud-based technology solutions within the financial services sector, while promoting software engineering best practices and operational excellence.
