Forklift Operator, General Labor, Material Handler, Warehouse Associate
Position Summary
Primary responsibilities:
Warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, product storage, and delivery setup.
- Maintain health and safety compliance per company policy.
- Prepare orders by pulling accurate materials and placing them for customer pickup or delivery; load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain inventory controls, minimize material damage, ensure order accuracy.
- Organize warehouse and manage bin locations, promote high customer service standards, lift up to 50 lbs., walk/stand most of shift, wear protective gear and steel‑toed boots.
- Ensure equipment maintained to operating standards.
- Operate a forklift.
- High school diploma preferred; 1‑3 years of experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team, collaborate, lead or delegate as needed.
- Proactive, self‑manage, drive results, and exhibit positive, humble attitude.
- Professional verbal and written communication.
- Commitment to inclusive work environment and diversity values.
- Remain in stationary position 50% of time.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Wear protective gear and steel‑toed boots; move around warehouse frequently.
- Operate warehouse machinery; communicate with team and management.
- Work constantly in warehouse environment.
- Problem solve and prioritize tasks.
- Manage stress and multitask.
- Receive, communicate solutions quickly.
- Demonstrate sound judgement and initiative.
