POSITION OVERVIEW
Perform engineering work, as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation, and application of complex information.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES- Responds to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software and implements resolution across technology areas.
- Supports multiple systems simultaneously and provides leadership for large project efforts.
- Performs one or more of the following activities:
Configuration Management, System Administration, Security Administration, Network Administration, Development System Implementation, and/or Production System Implementation. - Provide support or lead activities related to change management, outage management and/or project management.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years of experience in information technology or engineering environment
- Knowledge of capital planning and forecasting
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and network
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following technology domains:
- Windows Workstation Management (Intune).
- Application and Device Virtualization (Citrix, RDS, W365)
- Application Privilege Elevation (Cyber Ark EPM)
- Handheld Management (Omnissa/Workspace One, Honeywell, Getac)
- Thin Client Management (HP Device Manager)
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages and excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross functional collaboration.
The compensation listed reflects the pay range/rate of pay reasonably expected for this position. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, pay information represents the min/max range for all levels. Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law, such as relevant experience. Eligible employees offered:

Pay Range: $80,050.00 - $ per year
ADDITIONAL DETAILSThis position will be domiciled at a Fed Ex Freight location in Memphis, TN / Harrison, AR / Colorado Springs, CO / Dallas, TX / Pittsburg, PA / Chicago, IL / Atlanta, GA / Lakeland, FL. You will be required to work at a Fed Ex Freight location several times per week.
