Shift availability: Afternoon and Night shifts (includes weekends, holidays, weekdays)

• Understands and follows general post instructions and emergency procedures
• Maintains access control procedures and utilizes access control systems, visitor management systems, and other required systems
• Documents and reports property damage and special occurrences
• Monitors CCTV to guard against theft and trespassing
• Responds to incidents and documents events accurately
• Greets residents and visitors professionally and signs guests and vendors in/out
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains an impeccable image at all times

• Available for a variety of 8‑hour shifts, weekends, weekdays, holidays, afternoon and night shifts
• Strong attention to detail, observation skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 20 years old
• High school diploma/GED or military service record
• Valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) or willing to apply
• 20‑hour training certificate or completion within 30 days of employment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Pre‑employment screening required (drug screening)
• Maintain an impeccable grooming standard and mature demeanor
• Strong customer service and public‑relations skills; ability to interact with diverse cultures
• Must have working telephone and reliable transportation
