Local Driver (CDL-C) – Frito-Lay
2 days ago – Be among the first 25 applicants.
The Full‑Time Local Driver position is responsible for transporting and unloading products to local destinations. Frito‑Lay, part of Pepsi Co’s snack division, has produced top brands such as Lay’s, Cheetos, and Doritos for over 80 years.
Responsibilities- Inspect your truck prior to departure and upon return to the facility.

- Obtain signatures of receipt from the appropriate contact upon delivery.

- Complete logs and other paperwork related to deliveries.

- Lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Sit for extended periods of time, up to five hours daily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Work in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.
- Possess a valid CDL‑C license.
- Good communicator – express yourself clearly to people inside and outside the organization and listen actively.
- Attention to detail – review weight limits on manifests and count cases to ensure correct orders.
- Initiative – take ownership of field work and work independently to complete tasks.
- Flexibility – work weekends, holidays, and variable hours with no fixed schedule.
- Safety‑minded – practice defensive driving and uphold safety policies.
- Coachable – receive feedback and adjust processes for efficiency and safety.
- Integrity – report safety hazards and maintain audit standards.
- Teamwork – collaborate with delivery center staff, managers, and retail partners.
