Part Time Experiential​/Environmental Designer; Hybrid

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Environmental Brand Designer to transform brand identities into engaging physical environments. In this role, you will assess existing spaces and develop immersive workplace experiences that reflect each client's brand, values, and history. You’ll translate digital and 2D brand guidelines into compelling three-dimensional environments, crafting cohesive visual narratives that bring brand stories to life.

Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will integrate brand elements seamlessly across office spaces, combining art, historical storytelling, and product displays to create inspiring and meaningful environments.

• Assess the current physical space and determine how the brand and its history are represented.
• Take clients’ digital or 2D brand guidelines and translate them into a physical environment.
• Craft a cohesive visual narrative for the client’s portfolio (e.g., showcasing the history of a brand through the years).
• Partner and coordinate with peers to integrate brands where relevant.
• Weave art, brand history, and product displays into the physical office environment.

• 5+ years of experience in Environmental Graphic Design (EGD), Experiential Design, or Exhibit Design, with a portfolio showcasing completed corporate interiors, large-format graphics, and 3D branded environments.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) paired with strong working knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., Sketch Up, Rhino, or AutoCAD) to visualize spatial concepts.
• Strong understanding of large-format typography, way finding principles, and standard physical fabrication materials (e.g., vinyl applications, dimensional lettering, acrylics, and lighting integration).
• Must be locally based within commuting distance of Summit, NJ, with the ability to come onsite for space assessments, physical measurements, and stakeholder meetings.
