Join a customer-focused team delivering exceptional service during the busy holiday season! We're looking for friendly, tech-savvy professionals who enjoy helping people and creating outstanding customer experiences.

** Schedule*
* ** Training:
** First 2 weeks are  
** 100% onsite
** in Summit, NJ

After training(remote), choose one of the following schedules:

** Friday - Tuesday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM*
* +  
** Monday - Friday | 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM**  (phones close at 8:00 PM)

** Important:
** No vacation requests or call-outs will be approved during the blackout period of  
** November 14 through December 2** .

** What You'll Do*
* + Provide exceptional "white glove" customer service via phone, email, and chat.

+ Assist customers with orders, product questions, inventory availability, shipping updates, returns, and general inquiries.

+ Resolve shipping issues by working with carriers such as UPS and USPS.

+ Build positive relationships by delivering personalized, friendly, and efficient service.

+ Manage customer inquiries with speed and accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals.

+ Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve the overall customer experience.

+ Stay knowledgeable on products to confidently assist customers and identify sales opportunities.

** What We're Looking For*
* + Strong communication and phone skills.

+ Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.

+ Customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred.

+

Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, or similar CRM systems is a plus.

+ Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

+ Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.

+ Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

** Pay Details:**  $20.00 per hour
