Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) – Summit, NJ

Atlantic Health, a leading non‑profit healthcare network, is seeking a full‑time Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) to join the Women’s Health team at Overlook Medical Center (OMC) in Summit, New Jersey. This unique opportunity will help shape and grow a high‑quality program dedicated to complex benign gynecologic care in Northern New Jersey.

Highlights
  • State‑of‑the‑art surgical platform with three Da Vinci robotic systems, including DV5, and dedicated block time with expected 2 days per week in OR.
  • Robust multidisciplinary team support, including colorectal surgery, urology, pain management, pelvic floor physical therapy and interventional radiology.

Salary Range

$320,000–$420,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Fellowship trained in Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery/Complex Benign Gynecology.
  • Experience managing a diverse patient population and providing the full spectrum of benign gynecologic surgical care.
  • Five years’ experience in practice is a plus.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey.
  • Demonstrated success working individually and as part of a team.
