Our client is seeking a 100% on-site Payroll Technician to join their HR team. This role is responsible for accurately processing payroll, managing client accounts, and ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations. The Payroll Technician will handle payroll inquiries, reconcile accounts, and maintain up-to-date records while supporting smooth payroll operations.
Job Duties- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Manage client payroll accounts
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations
- Address payroll inquiries from employees or clients
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Proficiency in Payroll Management and Payroll Processing
- Experience managing Payroll Taxes and Deductions
- Strong knowledge of Accounting as it pertains to payroll operations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using payroll systems and related technology
