Position: Sr Client Service Associate (Onsite)

Location & Role

Our Summit, NJ office, located in a vibrant, close-knit community known for its charm, accessibility, and quality of life, is excited to welcome a Sr Client Service Associate to our team. This onsite, Monday-through-Friday position is a key part of our High Net Worth practice, acting as the primary liaison between clients and the Financial Advisor while delivering exceptional, personalized client experience.

The role is full-time; part-time arrangements may be considered for a highly qualified candidate.

Responsibilities
  • New Client Onboarding and Office Administration: ensure accurate completion and setup of prospect and new client paperwork; follow up on incoming funds and transfers; maintain and update client and prospect information within Salesforce; record incoming assets; manage daily mail operations; oversee ordering, receipt, and inventory of office and general supply needs; maintain organization and cleanliness of common areas.
  • Client Relationship Management and Review Support: engage with clients to understand their personal background and current financial needs; serve as a primary point of contact for client requests, determine next steps and coordinate execution; prepare and process account transactions, including trades, deposits, withdrawals, and RMDs; assist with scheduling client meetings, appointments, and internal events; gather and organize client data and prepare materials for client meetings and reviews;

    conduct tax-related research and coordinate with clients’ tax or legal counsel; complete all post-meeting and ongoing client follow-up to ensure exceptional service.
  • Industry & Company Knowledge: demonstrate knowledge and accurately execute against WEG’s Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales model; understand financial terminology and products; work proficiency with annuities, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, fixed-income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, and charitable giving practices; attend Client Services and company educational events.
  • Team and Corporate Support: assist Advisor Team Operations to streamline processes; complete operational projects to support enhancements and changes; communicate process and sales updates to the team; support ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in business; finance; economics or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ financial services experience.
  • FINRA Security Licenses or ability to obtain is a plus.
  • Experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity and Pershing custodial platforms; also a plus.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
Salary & Benefits

Base salary range: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00
, plus annual bonus eligibility and benefits.
