Facilitates the Assessment and Referral process by getting AOC approvals, doctors assignments, and precertifications from insurance companies;
Obtains insurance verification and/or private pay rates and scheduling of assessments and admission;
Maintains daily census log and/or MS4 Electronic Bedboard to accurately reflect real time admissions and discharges in the facility;
Records inquiries call information completely and accurately, including clinical and medical information, demographics, legal status, and disposition;
Follows all inquiry calls to disposition and communicates dispositions to referral sources
