Certified Nursing Associate

Pine Acres Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Ashland, MA seeks a Certified Nursing Associate to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehab setting. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, safe transfers, ambulation, vital signs, reporting changes in condition, and accurate documentation. You'll support rehab goals, follow infection-control standards, and partner closely with RNs, LPNs, therapists, residents, and families in a resident-centered, respectful environment that values teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
