Position: Behavioral Health Clinician - (LPC/LCSW) - Full Time - Days - Shift Varies - M-F - Atlantic Health Overlook Medical

Provide psychotherapeutic services including individual, family, and group treatment for children, adolescents and/or young adults.

(Shift hours - 11AM-7PM twice a week, and three days 9AM-5PM or 10AM-6PM (Preferably). Two of those days can be virtual but not Wednesday or Fridays)

  • Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments for pediatric aged patients seeking behavioral health services.
  • Along with patient, and potential parent/guardian, develop treatment plans, including clear problem statement, treatment goal(s), with measurable, relevant objectives for a range of behavioral health concerns.
  • Able to provide individual, group, and family therapy services.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care.

  • Complete and analyze evidenced based screening tools and assessments.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation records.

  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on best practices in the field of behavioral health.
  • Advocate for patients and assist them in accessing community resources.
  • Complete all mandatory AH trainings and competencies as assigned
